Aro Rojo, is an international competition where all professional brewers are invited to participate, likewise, it is also open to the participation of brewers from any other countries. This competition awards the best beers to participate in each category gold, silver and bronze medals based on the Copa Cervezas de America GCA, format.
One of our main goals is the growth and improvement of the participating breweries and their beers. This is why the participation of the most experienced national and international judges is of the utmost importance. We have the confidence that their observations and comments will help brewers improve their processes and become better craftsmen.
"Aro Rojo" international beer competition is registered with the BJCP and is endorsed by Copa cervezas de America GCA, it also has the support of ACERMEX and the Asociacion de Cerveceros Artesanales de Tamaulipas.
Aro Rojo will be hosted in Tampico, Tamaulipas, Mexico from May 23th through the 25th, 2018.
Just as the Olympics originated to unite nations through healthy sporting competitions,that same ideology gave birth to the Aro Rojo competition. Our goal to unite all the countries of America in a beer competition, will allow us to establish a comparable framework of brewing development among nations and thus improve the work has been done independently to this day.
